An integrated system built on Odoo ERP to manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunities to project conversion. It integrates CRM, BOQ, cost estimation, approvals, and proposal preparation into a single workflow that ensures accuracy and profitability.
The system supports structured management of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), detailed cost breakdown, control of indirect costs and profit margins, in addition to a multi-stage approval workflow. It also generates technical and financial proposals with multiple versions directly from tender data.
After approval, the tender is automatically converted into a project with all data transferred, improving accuracy, reducing errors, and increasing the chances of winning projects.
